Progression of knowledge, skills and attitudes of occupational therapists from fresh practitioners up to 1 to 15 years of experience was determined in different occupational therapy settings in Laguna. Open-and-close ended questions were asked respondent to obtain information pertaining to the progression of knowledge, skills and attitude as he practices the profession. Likert scale was used to obtain and rate the responses. Results show that there is no significant difference in the progression of knowledge, skills and attitudes of occupational therapists when grouped according to years of experience. However, ability to adapt to changes and establish patient-therapist relationship were significantly improved as practice of profession progresses.
